Amir has a Human Kinetics degree with a Kinesiology and Health Science Option UBC. His approach to training is based both on a solid foundation in anatomy and physiology, and his experience in wrestling and martial arts. He has trained clients of all ages and fitness levels, and believes in a fitness routine that is balanced, sustainable and always aspires to take it to the next level.
Kevin has been involved in sport and fitness for over 10 years. He is currently finishing his requirements for his major in Kinesiology. He has been involved in the UBC sporting community for 6 years and played 5 years of football for UBC.
Kim has a wealth of athletic
experience. She has been a member of the National Women's Rugby Team for several years, representing her country around the world, as well as here in BC. She enjoys motivating people to help them reach their goals, coaching a range of clients from beginners to varsity athletes. She likes to keep workouts both challenging, creative, and fun!
Lindsay is a 3rd year student in Human Kinetics at UBC focusing on high performance strength, conditioning and athletic training. She has had the rewarding opportunity to be a student trainer for the UBC Varsity Football team, working with injury preventative taping and wrapping, injury assessments and rehabilitation techniques for injured athletes.
Rachelle is a 2nd year Human Kinetics student focusing on the nutritional and psychological aspect of sports and exercise. As a competitive gymnast at the age of 6, her insatiable passion for health & fitness developed through further experience in snowboarding, volleyball, rugby and many other sports
Sohale has been involved in athletics and fitness for most of his life. Getting his motivation from playing soccer and basketball at a competitive level, he strives to lead a healthy
lifestyle while continuously training at an elite level. He has trained high school basketball athletes with off season strength and conditioning programs.
Victoria has made it her mission to help others overcome the challenges of
life through fitness. As a trainer Victoria values her clients individual
goals and needs. Well versed in training styles from bodybuilding to body weight exercises, high low aerobics to unconventional training, she is a huge believer in keeping fitness fun, while still challenging.
