This workshop teaches you how to be more active in your workplace to reduce weight, tone your core and improve your muscular strength while relaxing that stress away and increasing your energy.
We will bring this workshop to your office! Each personalized session includes your 30 minute workout, plus 30 minutes of fitness and nutrition tips.



FITNESS ON THE MOVE

 

No time to go to the gym? No Sweat. Learn a full body strength and flexibility workout that you can take anywhere! Use an exercise resistance band and your own body weight to improve your upper body, lower body and core strength. Seminar includes an exercise resistance band.



HEALTHY LIFTING, HEALTHY BACK

 

A functional fitness seminar teaching you the best exercises to strengthen your back, core, upper and lower body. Make your body stronger for better lifting and everything else you do. Learn proper lifting techniques to help avoid injury and make lifting easier.
