Class Descriptions

Sports Specific Boot Camp (Kim)
Get in shape for the sport you want to play. This boot camp focuses on power, speed, agility, stability to enhance your sports performance. Whether it is on the field, court, slopes or in the water, become strong and faster so you can play to win.
4 weeks (8 classes)

Mondays and Wednesdays 11-11:50am

February 6th - February 29th
March 12th - April 4th
April 11th - May 7th

With Kim Donaldson, athlete on the Canadian Women's Rugby Team.

Boot Camp Playground (Lindsay)
NEW, FUN and a GREAT WORKOUT! This Boot camp uses, hurdles, kettle belles, ladders, skipping ropes and more. Part of this class will be circuits and working in small groups. It is designed to get your heart rate up and your body stronger.
4 week program (8 classes)

Tues & Thurs 12:05-12:50pm

February 7th - March 1st
March 13th - April 5th
April 10th - May 3rd
