Wake your body up! Cardio and core strength with extended stretching component!

Cycle Boot Camp (Lindsay)
The ultimate cross-training boot camp class. A combination of spinning, strength and core training. This class is 1/2 i the cyle studio and 1/2 in our group fitness studio.
4 week program (8 classes)

Sports Specific Boot Camp (Kim)
Get in shape for the sport you want to play. This boot camp focuses on power, speed, agility, stability to enhance your sports performance. Whether it is on the field, court, slopes or in the water, become strong and faster so you can play to win.
4 weeks (8 classes)

Boot Camp Playground (Lindsay)
NEW, FUN and a GREAT WORKOUT! This Boot camp uses, hurdles, kettle belles, ladders, skipping ropes and more. Part of this class will be circuits and working in small groups. It is designed to get your heart rate up and your body stronger.
4 week program (8 classes)

Bring it On Boot Camp (Victoria)
Ready for a challenge! This boot camp uses many fun fitness toys like kettle bells, balance boards, bosus, hurdles, ladders, weights, tubing and more to get your body toned and your cardiovascular system stronger!

Coop Combo Boot Camp (Kim)
This class is a combination of balls and boards, core, stability, and functional strength training. It is designed to get you in shape for life’s daily activities.
